It's truly amazing to see how the vision and plans we laid out 8 years ago have come to fruition. The establishment of partnerships with legal firms, construction companies, importers, and other key players has been crucial in our success. These relationships have enabled us to navigate the complex processes of immigration, company formation, land acquisition, and property development with ease and efficiency.

Our focus on attracting OFWs and expats to join our cooperative has paid off, as we have built a strong and diverse community of members with valuable skills and expertise. By working together, we have been able to not only standardize costs and estimates but also create a network of trusted local contacts that benefit both our members and foreign investors.

The establishment of a multi-purpose cooperative with the necessary infrastructure and capital has provided us with a solid foundation to grow and expand our operations. We have been able to pool our talents, resources, and knowledge to take on more ambitious projects and initiatives, further solidifying our position in the market.

Identifying a start-up project to kickstart our initiative was a key milestone, allowing us to test the reliability of our partners and suppliers while providing valuable incentives for our members. The support and guidance we offer to foreigners looking to retire, move, or invest in the Philippines have been instrumental in building trust and confidence in our cooperative.

As we continue to evolve and adapt to the changing landscape, we remain committed to our mission of providing a supportive and inclusive community for all our members. The journey from concept to reality has been challenging but incredibly rewarding, and I am proud of how far we have come.
