Matagal na nating pinag-uusapan ang paglikha ng makabuluhang pagbabago para sa ating 2.33 milyong Overseas Filipino Workers, mga kalalakihan at kababaihan na nagsasakripisyo araw-araw upang bumuo ng mas magandang buhay para sa kanilang mga pamilya at sa ating bansa. Ngunit ang pag-unlad ay hindi nangyayari sa mga salita lamang. Ngayon, ginagawa natin ang unang kritikal na hakbang pasulong: kailangan lamang natin ng 64 na dedikadong indibidwal upang maging Regional o Team Coordinator — ang mga pundasyon ng proyektong ito sa mga komunidad sa buong bansa at sa iba pang lugar.

Ang mga tungkuling ito ay higit pa sa mga posisyon lamang; ang mga ito ay isang pagkakataon upang maging tulay sa pagitan ng oportunidad at ng mga OFW na higit na nangangailangan nito. Bilang isang coordinator, ikaw ang magiging puwersang nagtutulak sa iyong lugar: makipag-ugnayan sa ating mga kababayan, pag-unawa sa kanilang mga pakikibaka at mithiin, at pagtulong sa kanila na ma-access ang suporta, mga mapagkukunan, at mga pagkakataon na nilikha ang inisyatibong ito upang ibigay. Hindi makikinabang ang ating 2.33 milyong OFW sa proyektong ito maliban kung itatayo natin ang pundasyon upang maabot sila — at ang pundasyong iyon ay nagsisimula sa inyo. Ang bawat Coordinator na sumasama sa atin ay isang instrumento ng pagbabago: isang taong tumatangging maghintay sa iba na kumilos, na handang gumawa ng tunay at pangmatagalang pagbabago. Ito ang iyong pagkakataon upang gawing aksyon ang habag, at maging bahagi ng isang bagay na magpapabago sa buhay, magpapalakas sa mga pamilya, at bumuo ng mas maliwanag na kinabukasan para sa ating bansa.
