Hawak ko ang panulat.
Dala ko ang pangitain.
Kumukuha ako ng isang kaisipan mula sa kaibuturan ko,

binibigyan ko ito ng mga salita, isinusulat, at inihaharap sa mundo.

Pagkatapos ay hinahayaan ko ang publiko na suriin ito.
Sumasang-ayon dito.
Hamunin ito.
Kwestyunin ito.
Tanggihan ito.
O dagdagan ito.

Dahil hindi ko pag-aari ang ritmo ng mga tao.

Hindi ko kayang diktahan ang kanilang ritmo.
Hindi ko kayang utusan ang kanilang mga isipan.

Ngunit maaari kong hanapin ang tamang frequency —
ang frequency kung saan nagtatagpo ang mga ideya at konsensya,
kung saan nagtatagpo ang pangitain at katwiran,
at kung saan kinikilala ng mga taong may matuwid na pakiramdam ng layunin ang isa't isa.

Oo —
Hawak ko pa rin ang baton.
Hindi bilang isang pinuno na namumuno sa isang orkestra,
kundi bilang isang konduktor na nagsisikap na pagsamahin ang maraming iba't ibang instrumento sa pagkakasundo.

Ang ilan ay maaaring tumugtog nang malakas.
Ang ilan ay maaaring manatiling tahimik.
Ang ilan ay maaaring hindi sumang-ayon sa himig.
At ang ilan ay maaaring lumayo.

Ngunit marahil, sa isang lugar sa loob ng katahimikang iyon,
may isang tunog na naghihintay na marinig —
isang tunog na hindi kailangang sumigaw upang maging makapangyarihan.

Iyan ang uri ng orkestra na gusto kong pamunuan.
Hindi isang orkestra ng mga tagasunod,
kundi isang orkestra ng mga may malay na isipan, matatapang na puso, at mga kamay na handang tumulong.

Sumusulat ako.
Naglalathala ako.
Binubuksan ko ang aking sarili sa masusing pagsusuri.
At pagkatapos ay nakikinig ako.

Dahil ang isang pangitain ay nagiging makabuluhan lamang kapag kaya nitong malampasan ang mga tanong, kritisismo, at realidad.

Dala ko ang katatagan ng isang bayang natutong makaligtas sa kahirapan,
ang diwa ng Bayanihan,
at ang matigas na pag-asa na marahil ang bukas ay maaaring maging mas mahusay kaysa ngayon.

Maaaring hawakan ko ang panulat.
Maaaring dalhin ko ang pangitain.
Maaaring hawakan ko ang baton.

🎼 𝐈 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐍 — 𝐁𝐔𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐇𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐌

I hold the pen.
I carry the vision.
I take a thought from somewhere deep within me,
give it words, write it down, and place it before the world.

Then I let the public scrutinize it.
Agree with it.
Challenge it.
Question it.
Reject it.
Or build upon it.

Because I do not own the rhythm of the people.
I cannot dictate their beat.
I cannot command their minds.

But I can search for the right frequency —
the frequency where ideas meet conscience,
where vision meets reason,
and where people with a righteous sense of purpose recognize one another.

Yes —
I still hold the baton.
Not as a ruler commanding an orchestra,
but as a conductor trying to bring many different instruments into harmony.

Some may play loudly.
Some may remain silent.
Some may disagree with the melody.
And some may walk away.

But perhaps, somewhere within that silence,
there is a sound waiting to be heard —
a sound that does not need to shout to be powerful.

That is the kind of orchestra I want to conduct.
Not an orchestra of followers,
but an orchestra of conscious minds, courageous hearts, and willing hands.

I write.
I publish.
I open myself to scrutiny.
And then I listen.

Because a vision becomes meaningful only when it can survive questions, criticism, and reality.

And yes —

May kailangang tumanggap ng responsibilidad.
May kailangang tumigil sa paghihintay sa perpektong sandali, sa perpektong mga kredensyal, sa perpektong mga pangyayari — o para sa pagsang-ayon ng lahat.

Dahil ang pagbabago ay hindi nagsisimula sa isang titulo.
Nagsisimula ito sa kahandaang gawin ang trabaho.

Habang ang iba ay patuloy na nagtatalo nang walang katapusang tungkol sa:

“Alin ang nauna — ang manok o ang itlog?”
Pinipili kong magtanong ng ibang tanong:

“SINO ANG HANDA NA SIMULAN ANG PAGTATAYO?”

Ang pangalan ko ay Arsenio Fermantez Antonio.
Ako ang visionary sa likod ng iminungkahing German-Filipino Self‑Sustaining Community, na ngayon ay nagsisimula sa Mauban, Quezon at Tanay, Rizal — at Cagbalete Island, Pilipinas.

Hindi ko sinasabing mayroon akong lahat ng sagot.
Hindi ko ipinagmamalaki na magiging madali ang daan sa hinaharap.

Ang ilang mga tao ay nangangarap.

Ang ilan ay naghihintay sa iba na magpapatupad nito.

Someone has to step forward.
Someone has to accept the responsibility.
Someone has to stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect credentials, the perfect circumstances — or for everyone else to finally agree.

Because change does not begin with a title.
It begins with the willingness to do the work.

While others continue arguing endlessly about:
“Which came first — the chicken or the egg?”
I choose to ask a different question:

“WHO IS WILLING TO START BUILDING?”

My name is Arsenio Fermantez Antonio.
I am the visionary behind the proposed German–Filipino Self‑Sustaining Community, now taking its first roots in Mauban, Quezon and Tanay, Rizal — and Cagbalete Island, Philippines.

I do not claim to have all the answers.
I do not pretend that the road ahead will be easy.
And I certainly do not expect everyone to believe me.

I INVITE PEOPLE TO EXAMINE WHAT WE ARE BUILDING.

Question it.
Challenge it.
Test it.
Improve it.
And if it proves worthy — build it with us.

I am not stepping forward because I possess the greatest credentials.
I am stepping forward because I have a vision to pursue, a heart that refuses to give up, and the courage to begin.

Some people dream.
Some people criticize the dream.
Some wait for somebody else to make it happen.

And some —
PICK UP THE HAMMER AND STRIKE THE STONE.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Until the impossible begins to show its first crack.

That is where I choose to stand.
Not above others — among them.
Not as someone who knows everything — but as someone willing to learn, work, listen, adapt, and keep going.

Because if we truly want change,
someone has to take the first step.

And perhaps that first step — is ours.
