For too long, we’ve talked about creating meaningful change for our 2.33 million Overseas Filipino Workers, men and women who sacrifice daily to build better lives for their families and our nation. But progress doesn’t happen with words alone. Today, we take the first critical step forward: we need just 64 dedicated individuals to step up as Regional or Team Coordinators — the cornerstones of this project in communities across the country and beyond.

These roles are more than just positions; they are a chance to be the bridge between opportunity and the OFWs who need it most. As a coordinator, you will be the driving force in your area: connecting with our kababayans, understanding their struggles and aspirations, and helping them access the support, resources, and opportunities this initiative was created to provide. You will not only lead efforts to empower OFWs but also become a voice for those whose contributions often go unrecognized, ensuring they are seen, heard, and valued.

Our 2.33 million OFWs cannot benefit from this project unless we build the foundation to reach them — and that foundation starts with you. Every coordinator who joins us is an instrument of change: someone who refuses to wait for others to act, who rolls up their sleeves and commits to making a real, lasting difference. This is your chance to turn compassion into action, and to be part of something that will transform lives, strengthen families, and build a brighter future for our nation.
