Job Description:
Identify new trends in website and SEO, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels;
Website: Create, develop, strategize and maintain multiple websites, landing pages across different services and products for the company.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and fix any errors or bugs within the site;
Translate design mockups into launch-ready, pixel-perfect, responsive, valid HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility, including making sure new pages are mobile-friendly;
May be assigned to handle new projects as needed. Other related marketing support, communication, and tasks may also be required periodically.
Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge in creating scalable plugins and themes, and overall WordPress architecture (such as filters, hooks, custom fields)
Knowledge in frontend and backend WordPress Design HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript
Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with the company\'s marketing goals and objectives.
Identify target audiences and determine the most effective media channels and platforms for reaching them.
Negotiate and purchase media space across various channels, including digital, print, radio, and television.
Create, edit, and oversee the production of engaging content tailored to different media platforms, including advertisements, press releases, social media posts, and website content.
Ensure all content aligns with the company\'s brand voice and messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure coverage and enhance the company\'s media presence.
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews or press conferences as needed.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences.
Use research findings to inform media strategies and content development.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure media strategies are integrated with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute media plans and manage deliverables.
Ensure all media activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all media communications.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading creative teams in the fashion industry, with a focus on integrated brand strategies.
Strong understanding of fashion trends, as well as digital and physical consumer behavior in the fashion space.
Excellent leadership skills, particularly in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in fashion design and branding.
Must work on-site at our San Juan, Head Office.
Job Descriptions:
Creates advertising designs (both digital and print).
Provides creative design solutions to support client branding and promotions.
Handle the entire design process from concept planning to final delivery.
Collaborate with team members to successfully execute campaigns and projects.
Qualifications:
Preferably with 1 year experience in advertising design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
With a strong visual communication skill.
Can collaborate well in a team environment.
A creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
This is an on-site job with office address at Cebu City and remote work is not allowed.
