Dear friends,

I would like to share a brief update on the direction of the work we have been developing step by step.

This GC is not intended to pressure anyone to join, invest, or make any commitment. Its purpose is simply to keep everyone informed as the project continues to develop.

We are now preparing to open the curtain to a much wider audience—first concentrating on Germany and Europe, while connecting the vision with our developments in the Philippines and our international partners.

At the heart of the vision is the proposed development of a German–Filipino Self-Sustaining Community, with the 34,000-hectare area in Quezon envisioned as one of the major grounds for developing and demonstrating the concept.

The PAMANA–ECPP Library of Directives provides the framework we have been building to organize this vision. It is there to be read, questioned, researched and verified—not simply believed.

Our next step is therefore not to ask everyone to jump.

It is to open the door and let people see what is being built.

We want to reach Germans, Filipinos, Europeans, OFWs and interested people around the world who may be curious enough to examine the concept for themselves.

Some may simply observe.

Some may ask questions.

Some may challenge the idea.

Some may offer better ideas.

And some may eventually decide that they want to become part of building it.

That is exactly what we want.

We are not waiting for the world to discover us.
We are going to open the curtain and let the world see.

Where this leads, none of us can know yet.

But we will never discover the possibilities if we remain silent and simply wait for someone else to make the first move.

This GC is therefore part of the record of our development—the journey from the first ideas, through the framework we have created, toward the moment when the project can finally be presented on the wider world stage.

For now, I simply ask everyone to stay informed, remain curious, ask questions and watch how this develops.
