PART 1: THE BOSS PLATFORM QUICK START GUIDE

IMPORTANT PRE-REQUISITE: YOU MUST BE INVITED OR SPONSORED

No direct sign-ups are allowed – to access The BOSS platform, you must first be sponsored by an active Team Coordinator who is fully trained and well-versed with the G5-G64 system.

The sponsoring Coordinator will:

- Conduct a personal orientation to explain the model, investment terms, and platform features

- Collect your valid email address to send an official invitation link

- Guide you through the eligibility requirements before you proceed to create an account

STEP 1: GET SPONSORED & RECEIVE YOUR INVITATION

1. Connect with an active Team Coordinator (ask the G64 Berlin Team for a list of verified Coordinators in your network if needed).

2. Attend their orientation session to understand the G5-G64 system, your role, and how The BOSS platform ensures transparency and control.

3. Share your valid email address with your sponsoring Coordinator – they will submit your details to generate a unique invitation link.

4. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the official invite from The BOSS platform – tap the link to start your sign-up process.

STEP 2: COMPLETE SIGN-UP & PROFILE SET-UP

1. From the invitation link, enter your full name, phone number, and create a secure password.

2. Verify your account via the SMS/email code sent to you.

3. Complete your profile: Upload a photo, add your contact details, and submit digital copies of eligibility documents (OFW contract, valid ID) – all files are encrypted and reviewed by your sponsoring Coordinator first.

4. Your sponsoring Coordinator will confirm your eligibility and approve your profile – you’ll get a notification once access is granted.

STEP 3: ACCESS YOUR COORDINATOR DASHBOARD

Once approved, log in to see your main dashboard with these key sections (tap icons to open):

- 📊 Growth Tracker: View your unit’s progress at a glance (current members, recruitment targets, eligibility status).

- 🤝 Recruitment Hub: Send personalized invites to potential participants via SMS/WhatsApp/email – only use this tool to sponsor new members (share their email with you first for official invite generation).

- 📂 Document Vault: Store and verify all member documents – your sponsoring Coordinator can review entries to ensure accuracy.

- 💳 Transaction Log: Monitor investment contributions, track receipts, and view all financial movements linked to your unit. Every entry is time-stamped and uneditable.

- 📚 Training Center: Access coordinator modules, video guides, and project briefs anytime. Your sponsoring Coordinator will confirm when you’re ready to start recruiting.

- 💬 Support Chat: Message your sponsoring Coordinator or the G64 Berlin Team directly from the platform – no need to switch apps.

STEP 4: FORM YOUR G5 UNIT

1. From the Recruitment Hub, share your Coordinator profile with potential participants and ask for their email addresses.

2. Enter their e-mails in the platform to generate official invitation links – they will not be able to join without your sponsorship.

3. Conduct orientation sessions for each potential member before they sign up, just as your sponsoring Coordinator did for you.

4. Once they complete sign-up, verify their documents in the Document Vault and confirm their initial investment via the Transaction Log.

5. When all 4 members are ready, tap "Activate G5 Unit" – your sponsoring Coordinator will review and approve the activation.

STEP 5: GROW TO SECONDARY UNITS & G64

1. When your 4 participants are ready to become Coordinators, submit their names via the platform for approval – your sponsoring Coordinator will mentor them alongside you.

2. Track their recruitment progress via the Hierarchy View – you’ll receive updates each time they sponsor a new member with their official invite link.

3. Once all 64 members are sponsored, oriented, and verified, the platform will display "G64 Status Achieved" – your sponsoring Coordinator and the G64 Berlin Team will guide you through Cooperative registration.

KEY RULE TO REMEMBER

Only sponsored members with official e-mail invites can join The BOSS platform – this ensures every participant is properly oriented, understands the system, and avoids mistakes or misinformation.
