I am writing this to share the full, clear truth of what we are building, and the latest developments that confirm we are exactly where we need to be — working on something historic, meaningful, and life‑changing for everyone involved.

This land we are working to secure and develop — the site of the largest German community ever established in the world — is not just real estate. Yesterday, I had a detailed, over 3‑hour discussion with Mr. Francisco Leonor — the holder of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) authorized to negotiate and transact on behalf of the land owners.
