- Ano ang kasama: Magkakaroon ka ng pagkakataong bumili o umupa ng isang napapanatiling bahay sa loob ng komunidad, na may access sa lahat ng mga shared facility. Nag-aalok kami ng mga flexible na opsyon batay sa iyong mga pangangailangan—mula sa maliliit na bahay ng pamilya hanggang sa mga espasyong idinisenyo para sa mga negosyanteng gustong patakbuhin ang kanilang mga negosyo on-site.

- Para kanino ito: Mga OFW na may ipon para mamuhunan, mga may-ari ng negosyong Aleman o internasyonal na naghahangad na palawakin ang kanilang mga negosyo sa mga napapanatiling negosyo, o mga lokal na negosyante na gustong makipagsosyo sa mga pandaigdigang eksperto.

- Ano ang mga kasama rito: Mamuhunan sa aming dual-culture enterprise Hubs, maglunsad ng negosyong naaayon sa aming mga layunin sa pagpapanatili (hal., organic farming, eco-tourism, green manufacturing), o makipagsosyo sa amin upang bumuo ng mga partikular na proyekto sa komunidad. Nag-aalok kami ng suporta sa pananaliksik sa merkado, pagsunod sa batas, at pagkonekta sa iyo sa mga potensyal na kolaborator mula sa parehong kultura.

3. 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮𝙤 𝙤 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙤

- Para kanino ito: Mga propesyonal na may kadalubhasaan sa napapanatiling pag-unlad, agrikultura, pangangalagang pangkalusugan, edukasyon, o palitan ng kultura; Mga OFW na gustong magbahagi ng mga kasanayang nakuha sa ibang bansa; o sinumang may hilig sa pagbuo ng komunidad.

- Mga Kasama: Mag-ambag ng iyong oras at kaalaman sa pamamagitan ng mga panandalian o pangmatagalang tungkulin bilang boluntaryo—tulad ng pagtuturo sa aming mga paaralang pangkomunidad, pagpapayo sa mga proyektong eco-infrastructure, pangunguna sa mga cultural workshop, o paggabay sa mga naghahangad na maging negosyante. Makakatulong din ang mga boluntaryong Aleman na mapadali ang mga koneksyon sa mga eksperto at mapagkukunan sa Alemanya.

- Mga susunod na hakbang: Mag-sign up para sa aming registry ng boluntaryo sa pamamagitan ng aming community portal (malapit nang ilunsad) upang ipahiwatig ang iyong mga kasanayan at kakayahang magamit. Itutugma ka namin sa mga proyektong naaayon sa iyong kadalubhasaan at mag-iiskedyul ng mga sesyon ng oryentasyon upang ihanda ka para sa iyong tungkulin.

4. 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖 𝙤 𝙏𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙮𝙤𝙙

- Para kanino ito: Sinumang naniniwala sa aming misyon at gustong tumulong sa pagpapalaganap ng balita o mag-ambag sa mas maliliit na paraan.

- Mga Kasama: Magbahagi ng impormasyon tungkol sa komunidad sa mga OFW, mga network ng expat ng Aleman, o mga lokal na grupo; lumahok sa aming mga kampanya sa pangangalap ng pondo sa pamamagitan ng G5-G64 cooperstive ecosystem para sa mga partikular na inisyatibo (tulad ng pagtatayo ng community healthcare clinic); o maging isang tagapagtaguyod para sa aming pananaw sa iyong sariling mga lupon.
