Ang mga Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ng ating bansa ang gulugod ng hindi mabilang na mga pamilya at ng ekonomiya ng Pilipinas—ang kanilang pagsusumikap, sakripisyo, at katatagan ay nagbuo ng mga tulay sa iba't ibang kontinente. Ngayon, ginagawa nating pangako ng pagbabalik-bayan ang pandaigdigang koneksyon na iyan: ang magbigay ng marangal at napapanatiling pabahay para sa bawat isa sa 2.2 milyong OFW sa lahat ng rehiyon ng Pilipinas. Hindi lamang ito isang proyekto—ito ay isang kilusan na nakaugat sa pasasalamat, pakikipagtulungan, at paniniwala na ang mga taong nagbigay ng napakaraming bagay sa mundo ay karapat-dapat sa isang lugar na matatawag nilang sarili.

PAGTATAYO MULA SA UBOS: ANG AMING PILOT PATHWAY

Alam namin na ang pagbabago ng isang matapang na pananaw tungo sa katotohanan ay nangangailangan ng maingat at sinadyang mga hakbang. Ang aming paglalakbay ay nagsisimula sa puso ng Luzon, kung saan nakakuha kami ng lupa upang ilunsad ang dalawang pangunahing inisyatibo:

Ang internasyonal na pakikipagsosyo na ito ay isang patunay kung paano kayang malampasan ng habag at kolaborasyon ang mga hangganan upang lumikha ng pangmatagalang pagbabago.

Pagkatapos ng isang taon ng pagpaplano, koordinasyon, at konsultasyon sa komunidad, ipinagmamalaki naming ipahayag na ang German-Filipino Self-Sustaining Community Project ay opisyal na ilulunsad sa 2026.

Spanning 9,050 hectares of fertile, rolling terrain, this site will serve as our model community. Here, we will develop not just homes, but integrated neighborhoods with livelihood hubs, healthcare facilities, educational centers, and green spaces—designed to foster self-reliance and community bonds. - First Pilot: Mauban, Quezon
Spanning 9,050 hectares of fertile, rolling terrain, this site will serve as our model community. Here, we will develop not just homes, but integrated neighborhoods with livelihood hubs, healthcare facilities, educational centers, and green spaces—designed to foster self-reliance and community bonds. Every aspect will prioritize sustainability, from renewable energy systems to organic farming plots that empower families to feed themselves and even generate income.
- Expansion Site: Tanay
Complementing our flagship pilot, we hold approximately 23 hectares in this vibrant area, which will act as a satellite hub to test innovative housing designs and community programs. This smaller-scale site will allow us to refine our approaches quickly and lay the groundwork for regional expansion across the country.
