HOUSING OUR HEROES: A PEOPLE-DRIVEN VISION FOR THE PHILIPPINES’ 2.2 MILLION OFWs

Our nation’s Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW's) are the backbone of countless families and the Philippine economy—their hard work, sacrifice, and resilience have built bridges across continents. Today, we turn that global connection into a homecoming promise: to provide dignified, sustainable housing for every one of the 2.2 million OFW"s across all regions of the Philippines. This is not just a project—it is a movement rooted in gratitude, collaboration, and the belief that those who have given so much to the world deserve a place to call their own.

BUILDING FROM THE GROUND UP: OUR PILOT PATHWAY

We know that transforming a bold vision into reality requires careful, deliberate steps. Our journey begins in the heart of Luzon, where we have secured land to launch two foundational initiatives:

- First Pilot: Mauban, Quezon
Spanning 9,050 hectares of fertile, rolling terrain, this site will serve as our model community. Here, we will develop not just homes, but integrated neighborhoods with livelihood hubs, healthcare facilities, educational centers, and green spaces—designed to foster self-reliance and community bonds. Every aspect will prioritize sustainability, from renewable energy systems to organic farming plots that empower families to feed themselves and even generate income.
- Expansion Site: Tanay
Complementing our flagship pilot, we hold approximately 23 hectares in this vibrant area, which will act as a satellite hub to test innovative housing designs and community programs.
