BILLIONAIRE LIFESTYLE 🔥 Life of A Billionaire💲[ visualization ] #luxurylifestyle #billionaire
Ingredients
650 g cauliflower florets (from 2 medium heads)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ cup all-purpose flour (or other flour of your choice), plus extra for coating
Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower:
Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and let them cool slightly.
Mash the Cauliflower:
Once cooled, use a potato masher or fork to mash the cauliflower until smooth. You can also use a food processor for a finer texture.
Combine Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed cauliflower with the minced garlic, salt, and ½ cup flour. Mix well until the mixture is combined and holds together. If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more flour.
Form the Pops:
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls or small patties, about 1 inch in diameter. If desired, coat each ball lightly with additional flour to help with crisping during cooking.
Cook the Cauliflower Pops:
Beef & Bok Choy Stir Fry
Ingredients
For the Beef Marinade:
1 pound (450 g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Stir Fry:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cups bok choy, chopped (both leaves and stems)
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas or snow peas
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ cup beef broth or water
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil.
Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Stir Fry Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and beef broth or water. Set aside.
Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the marinated beef in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Stir Fry the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened.
Add the bok choy, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine and Finish:
Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
Pour the stir fry sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
