Ang 18 Region Self Sustaining Community Project ay isang ambisyosong inisyatiba na naglalayong bigyang kapangyarihan ang mga komunidad at lumikha ng napapanatiling kabuhayan para sa mga kalahok nito.

Sa pamamagitan ng maingat na pamamahagi ng lupa sa pamamagitan ng proseso ng Special Power of Attorney (SPA) mula sa may hawak ng mga titulo ng mga lupa, tinitiyak namin na ang bawat indibidwal na kasangkot sa proyekto ay may ligtas na lugar na matatawag na kanilang sarili.

Sa pamamagitan ng pakipag ugnayan at pakikipagsosyo sa mga indibidual sa China at Alemanya, ang 18 Region Self Sustaining Community Project ay isang malaking proyekto, at sa pakiki pag ugnayan sa mga lokal na stakeholders at mamumuhunan, tiwala kami na ang proyektong ito ay magiging matagumpay sa pagbibigay ng mapayapa at ligtas na kapaligiran para sa lahat ng mga kalahok.

Bukod pa rito, sa pamamagitan ng pag-tap sa malawak na network na 1.9 Million mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) sa buong mundo, naniniwala kami na madali naming maaabot ang malawak na audience at makakuha ng suporta para sa proyekto sa pamamagitan ng social media at ang aming eksklusibong platform, The BOSS.

Mahalagang maunawaan ng publiko na ang aming tunay na intensyon sa pagtatatag ng proyektong ito ay lumikha ng isang self-sustaining community sa buong 18 Rehion ng Pilipinas na umuunlad sa pagkakaisa, pagtutulungan, at napapanatiling mga kasanayan. Sa pamamagitan ng paghahatid ng mensaheng ito nang sunud-sunod sa Social Media, umaasa kaming makakuha ng suporta at partisipasyon mula sa mga indibidwal na kapareho ng aming pananaw para sa isang mas magandang kinabukasan.

The allocation of foreign equity will be determined based on contributions from Filipino investors who choose to participate with us.

Profit is not our sole focus of this Projects. We are driven by the desire to offer a trustworthy and ethical investment opportunity for those who have been let down in the past.
