đŸƒâ€â™‚ïž Run. Get fit. Get paid.
Sounds like a fitness ad, right?
But it’s actually a company policy.

In China, a company is making headlines for tying employee bonuses to running.

💰 Run 62 miles a month = Get 130% of your monthly salary as bonus.
🏃 Run 31 miles = 100% bonus.
📉 Run less = Lower bonus — or none at all.

The chairman, a two-time Everest climber, says:

“My company can only survive if my employees are healthy.”

Some employees love it.
Some worry it’s unfair to older or unfit staff.

📌 Innovation or pressure?
💬 Would you run for your raise?
