KUTCHINTA RECIPE:❤️
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cassava flour
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp azuette powder or 1 tbsp annatto seeds (soaked in hot water)
1 tsp lye water
2 1/2 cup of water
Cheese for toppings
Procedure:
1. Combine all dry ingredients then add the lihiya and water then mix.
2. Strain the mixture and pour into the moulder.
3. Steam in 15-20 mins.
