Oats Cookies

Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups rolled oats
• ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ cup butter (softened)

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and baking soda.
3. Add Butter: Add softened butter and mix well until the dough holds together.
4. Shape Cookies: Scoop small portions and shape them into balls or flat rounds.
5. Bake: Place them on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool & Serve: Let them cool completely before serving for a crisp texture.
