TIME SHARING IN REAL ESTATE

A portion of the self sustaining COMMUNITY can be developed as a high-end housing project for retirees who do not want to be cloistered in a retirement home but still would like to enjoy the privileges and benefits of the proponent's health program.

Time-sharing allows a retiree to temporarily own a dwelling without having to worry about violating the host country's ownership laws, and the problems of estate administration if and when the inevitable death happens.

The retiree can avail of a time-sharing program where he can use the housing unit up to the time of his death and which automatically reverts back to the Community Administration who has the sole authority to "share" the unit to prospective retirees. The retiree has the option to surrender his rights to a housing unit anytime but cannot sell or transfer to another person or retiree. Only the Community Administration can determine to whom a housing unit could be shared to.

The European Community Projects Philippines is not a real estate project which can be bought or sold for profit. This COMMUNITY shall be developed and controlled by the Community Administration to serve the purpose which it was conceived, developed, and administered for.
