Our vision was to create self-sustaining communities with environmentally friendly roofs over people's heads, blending innovation with social responsibility.

After extensive planning and development, we successfully launched DTCM Group, Inc. as a legal entity recognized by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). This milestone not only legitimized our operations but also enabled us to attract investments from a diverse range of stakeholders, including foreign supporters who believed in our mission and local investors, particularly Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) looking to contribute to their homeland's development.

In the final stage of our company's growth, we implemented and fine-tuned our proprietary system G5-G64, which seamlessly integrated technology and automation to facilitate the organic expansion of our operations. This system minimized the need for manual intervention from our team coordinators, allowing us to focus on strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Concurrently, we assembled an experienced executive team dedicated to spearheading the marketing and sales efforts for our self-sustaining communities, ensuring widespread visibility and accessibility to potential customers.

By meticulously following these three stages of product development, company building, and team organization, with the added benefit of our cutting-edge system, we are confident in our ability to leave a lasting positive impact on communities, ushering in an era of sustainable housing solutions and fostering social and environmental progress for generations to come.
