Mit 66 Jahren ist für mich der Ruhestand noch lange nicht in Sicht. Stattdessen bin ich fest entschlossen, meinen Traum zu verwirklichen, ein Altersheim für diejenigen zu errichten, die vorzeitig in Rente gehen möchten. Meine Leidenschaft liegt darin, mich für selbsttragende Gemeinschaftsprojekte einzusetzen, angefangen in Mauban und ausgeweitet nach Tanay und darüber hinaus. Unsere Mission ist klar: Wir wollen unseren OFWs einen Zufluchtsort bieten, der ihnen nicht nur Schutz bietet, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, ein erfülltes Leben mit Zugang zu Gesundheitsversorgung, Bildung und finanzieller Stabilität für ihre Familien zu führen.

Inspiriert vom erfolgreichen Modell in Deutschland passen wir es mit Unterstützung unserer Technologiepartner in China an unseren lokalen Kontext an. Unser riesiges 26.000 Hektar großes Land in Tanay wird in ein landwirtschaftliches Paradies verwandelt und dient den 2,2 Millionen OFWs als Zufluchtsort durch ein Mietkauf-Wohnprogramm, das die finanzielle Belastung verringern soll.

Mit der Unterstützung von Expatriates aus Europa wollen wir ausländische Investitionen anziehen, um diese Vision Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen. Diese von Deutschland inspirierte Gemeinschaft wird denjenigen, die weit weg von ihren Wurzeln leben, ein Gefühl von Heimat vermitteln und alle Annehmlichkeiten und Vorteile des Lebens in Europa bieten. Durch sorgfältige Planung und mit Ihrer Unterstützung wird dieses ehrgeizige Projekt innerhalb eines Jahres für alle zugänglich sein.

Unser Pilotprojekt in Mauban wird den Maßstab für zukünftige Entwicklungen setzen und zeigen, wie Expatriates und Einheimische gemeinsam erfolgreich sein können. Das unberührte 9.050 Hektar große Land, gepaart mit dem Reiz der Insel Cagbalete, verspricht, die Aufmerksamkeit unserer deutschen Partner zu erregen, die es als ihre eigene private Oase betrachten könnten.

Während wir unermüdlich daran arbeiten, diese Graswurzelbewegung in Mauban zu etablieren, haben wir uns vorgenommen, sie in allen 17 Regionen der Philippinen auszuweiten. Ruhestand bedeutet für uns nicht nur, zurückzutreten – es bedeutet, unsere verbleibenden Jahre der Hilfe für andere zu widmen und ein bleibendes Erbe zu hinterlassen, an das sich kommende Generationen erinnern werden.

At 66 years old, retirement is not on my horizon. Instead, I am fully committed to realizing my dream of establishing a retirement home for those who seek to retire early. My passion lies in advocating for self-sustaining community projects, starting in Mauban and expanding to Tanay and beyond. Our mission is clear: to provide a haven for our OFWs, offering them not just shelter, but also the means to live fulfilling lives with access to healthcare, education, and financial stability for their families.

Inspired by the successful model in Germany, we are adapting it to our local context with the support of our technology partners in China. Our vast 26,000-hectare land in Tanay will be transformed into an agricultural paradise, serving as a sanctuary for the 2.2 million OFWs through a rent-to-own housing scheme designed to alleviate financial burdens.

With the backing of expatriates from Europe, we aim to attract foreign investment to make this vision a reality. Through meticulous planning and with your support, this ambitious project will be accessible to all within the year.

Retirement, for us, is not just about stepping back - it's about devoting our remaining years to helping others and leaving a lasting legacy that will be remembered for generations to come.
