UPDATE:
In anticipation of our upcoming pilot project in Quezon in 2025, we have meticulously prepared by securing vital resources and forging key partnerships with landowners and housing construction companies. Drawing upon the expertise of our team members experienced in housing and land construction, we are confident in our ability to establish a robust organizational framework on the ground. The process of sourcing reliable contractors, subcontractors, and office staff is expected to run seamlessly, enabling us to handpick highly qualified and trained individuals to bring our vision to fruition initially in the Philippines, with plans for expansion into Zambia and various parts of Africa.
Developing a prototype for container housing units will empower us to accurately forecast costs and determine the most economical construction methodologies. This strategic approach will enable us to offer these units at an affordable rate, thereby stimulating demand for our rent-to-own units through our transparent G5-G64 system. By rallying the support of the first 10,000 participants from the Overseas Filipino Workers community for our Mauban Quezon initiative, we aim to secure the necessary financial backing for the project, supplemented by potential investments from Germany.
Leveraging our unique platform, The BOSS, we will initiate a targeted promotional campaign to captivate interest and garner support for our cause among the general public. Upon finalizing the Memorandum of Agreement with the landowner in Quezon, we will unveil our plans for the initial four regions in the Philippines, ensuring alignment and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. Envisioning the triumph of this project not solely within the 18 regions of the Philippines, but also across neighboring nations, we are enthusiastic about the potential for collaboration on joint initiatives that will mutually benefit all stakeholders and investors involved.
In conjunction with our collaborative partners from China, Germany, and Zambia, we harbor a firm belief in the success of this altruistic endeavor and remain steadfast in our commitment to effecting positive change within the communities we primarily serve across Africa.
