By ensuring that our members can comfortably afford the monthly mortgage payments, we enable them to ultimately attain full ownership of their property within our German Community, carefully overseen by Germans themselves to ensure proper organization.
To further support our members on their path to property ownership, we have forged a cooperative partnership with DTCM Group, Inc., Container House. This dynamic cooperative, comprising 64 individuals interconnected algorithmically through our exclusive platform, The BOSS, provides each member with a unique livelihood opportunity. By securing an exclusive invitation from a sponsor team coordinator, members gain access to a transparent system that empowers them to effectively manage their own cooperative businesses, easing the financial burden of their monthly mortgage payments.
Our funding structure relies on 40% foreign capital, with the remaining 60% to be sourced from local participants, particularly OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers), through a minimal participation fee of Philippine peso 3,000, included as a one-time payment in a contract agreement with your "Sponsor" Team Coordinator, following a PALUWAGAN-type system for clarity. Additionally, the essence of the BAYANIHAN spirit is embedded in co-op projects within each group of 64 members, serving as a sustainable income-generating source for the community's wellbeing.
