Today, we would like to share our proposed roadmap for the next stage of the German–Filipino Self-Sustaining Community Project (PAMANA–ECPP).

Our objective is clear: to move beyond discussions and transform our shared vision into a documented, organized and sustainable community-development initiative, beginning in Mauban, Quezon, Philippines.

We recognize that meaningful progress requires more than enthusiasm. It requires proper documentation, responsible financial planning, reliable partners and a clear path from planning to implementation.

📍 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗔𝗣

PHASE 1 | October–November 2026 — Building the foundation
• Advance the corporate amendment of DTCM Group, Inc.
• Complete the necessary corporate and project documentation.
• Verify the proposed First Spark funding arrangements.
• Prepare the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the relevant project partners.
• Develop the initial implementation plan and budget for Mauban.

PHASE 2 | November–December 2026 — Preparing for implementation
• Establish clear responsibilities among participating organizations.
• Develop the project budget and explore additional seed-capital options.
• Evaluate modular-housing, steel-structure and other relevant suppliers.
• Prepare the cooperative governance and operating framework.
• Advance the ECPP e.V. Berlin founding-family initiative and the Berlin G64 participation programme.

PHASE 3 | Proposed three-month Berlin mission — Beschleunigen: accelerating our progress
Our proposed working mission to Berlin will focus on advancing ECPP's organizational development, engaging prospective founding families, strengthening governance and preparing the groundwork for the Berlin G64.
The objective is to return with stronger organizational preparation, documented commitments and a clearer framework for supporting the Philippine prototype.

PHASE 4 | January–February 2027 target — Launching our first Philippine prototype projects
Mauban, Quezon is our proposed starting point for developing a practical, community-oriented cooperative model. Our initial areas of development include:

🏠 PAMANA BAUHAUS — Modular housing and building-materials cooperation.
🐓 PAMANA CHICKEN POULTRY FARM — Our proposed first agricultural cooperative prototype.
☀️ PAMANA SOLAR POWER FARM / SUPPLY — Development of the renewable-energy component.
🤝 COMMUNITY COOPERATION — Encouraging local participation, sustainable livelihoods and shared responsibility.

Implementation will take place in stages, subject to verified funding, agreements, land arrangements, permits and operational readiness.

PHASE 5 | Throughout 2027 and beyond — Consolidation and replication
We intend to evaluate the first projects, document lessons learned, refine our operating procedures and develop a framework that can be replicated in other communities as the necessary resources and partnerships become available.

🌍 𝗔 𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦

To our readers and followers, prospective collaborators, Sofia, G6, The BOSS Media Crew and our German GC:

This is an invitation to follow our progress as we work toward turning our vision into practical action.

We welcome constructive dialogue, responsible cooperation and partnerships founded on transparency, mutual respect and clearly defined commitments.

Our goal is not simply to announce a project. It is to establish a credible foundation upon which communities, cooperative members and collaborating organizations can work together.

We will continue to distinguish between proposals, confirmed commitments and completed milestones. Funding and agreements will be communicated as they are verified and formally established.

“𝑾𝒆 𝒅𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑴𝒂𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒏. 𝑾𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑴𝒂𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒏.”

This principle expresses the spirit of PAMANA–ECPP: development through cooperation, local participation, sustainable livelihoods and shared responsibility.

The road ahead requires patience, discipline and the right partnerships. Our target is to begin the first prototype in early 2027, with February remaining a possible launch window if additional preparation is required.

One vision. One documented plan. One step at a time.

Let us work together to turn the first spark into something tangible.
