Dear BOSS Media and FREGAHUB Team,

This update is intended to keep our internal community informed about our current position, our immediate priorities, and the long-term direction of PAMANA–ECPP.

1. Where We Stand Today

We are working to establish the legal, financial, and operational foundations for our German–Filipino Self-Sustaining Community Project.

Our core initiatives include:

- DTCM Group, Inc. — corporate amendment and establishment of the appropriate business and banking structure.
- PAMANA–BAUHAUS One-Stop Shop — an integrated concept for housing, modular construction, solar energy, and community development.
- PAMANA Chicken Poultry Farm — our proposed first cooperative enterprise and prototype.
- The G5 Fractal System — a structured approach to organising community participation through G5, G16, and G64 groups.
- The BOSS Media and FREGAHUB — platforms supporting communication, coordination, participation, and community engagement.

2. Our Immediate Priority

The current bottleneck is the proposed ₱400,000 funding for the DTCM corporate amendment.

A sponsorship arrangement has been discussed, but the funding remains subject to verification, written terms, and confirmed payment. Our immediate objective is to complete the corporate groundwork safely and establish the appropriate financial controls.

The proposed €64,000 First Spark is a separate funding matter and must also be independently verified before being treated as available capital.

3. Our Target for 2027

Our stated ambition is to work towards a ₱340 million financial and development objective by the end of 2027.

Achieving this will require a realistic financing plan, credible partnerships, costed projects, transparent accounting, and measurable milestones. We will distinguish confirmed funds from proposed financing and projected outcomes.

4. Our Seven-Year Vision: 2027–2033

Our long-term direction is to:

- Establish and validate our first viable community enterprise.
- Develop housing, construction, solar energy, and food-production initiatives.
- Build partnerships with qualified local and international suppliers.
- Expand community participation through the G5 Fractal System.
- Replicate successful models where financial feasibility and local conditions permit.
- Strengthen governance, financial accountability, and long-term sustainability.

This is a strategic vision, not a guarantee of results. Each phase will depend on verified financing, feasibility, and successful implementation.

5. Our Commitment to Transparency

We believe trust must be supported by sound systems.

We will work towards clear financial records, documented decisions, responsible handling of funds, regular progress reporting, and open communication with the relevant stakeholders.

Our goal is to build an organisation that does not depend on promises alone, but earns confidence through demonstrated progress.
