Two Funding Pathways. One Mission. A Shared Future.

After a period of intensive planning and coordination, PAMANA–ECPP is refocusing on its implementation roadmap and developing two potential funding pathways in parallel.

Our mission remains unchanged: to build a sustainable German–Filipino community development model through cooperation, local participation, employment opportunities, and affordable housing.

🇩🇪 1. ECPP e.V. Berlin — European Foundation

We are continuing to develop our proposed Berlin G64 founding structure and explore its intended role in supporting the organizational and investment framework of DTCM Group, Inc.

🇦🇺 2. Australian G64 First Spark — Cooperative Development

We are pursuing the proposed €64,000 First Spark, subject to independent verification, agreed documentation, and the necessary compliance approvals. If received, the funds are intended to support designated cooperative projects under a transparent investment arrangement.

🇵🇭 3. DTCM Group, Inc. — Philippine Implementation

Our corporate amendment and banking requirements form part of the groundwork needed to establish an appropriate structure for our planned Philippine operations.

🌱 4. Mauban, Quezon — Our 2027 Milestone

Our target is to establish the first physical prototype in Mauban, Quezon, by 2027, while preparing to engage local participants and develop the cooperative model.

🏡 5. PAMANA BAUHAUS — A Cooperative Ecosystem

Our long-term vision brings together housing, construction materials, agriculture, energy, employment, and essential supplies through a coordinated, community-oriented system.

Our guiding principles remain clear:

We will clearly distinguish between plans, proposed investments, verified commitments, and funds actually received. Our projections are objectives to be tested through implementation—not guarantees of future results.

We are not building our future around a single funding source. We are developing our organizational foundation and evaluating each potential partnership on its own merits.
