PAMANA–ECPP | Our Groundwork and the Road Ahead 💚🤝

Dear Sofia and G6,

Look at what we have assembled together for PAMANA–ECPP.

1. The Vision
PAMANA BAUHAUS and the G64 model, built around 64 founding families, 32 duplexes, and shared community infrastructure designed to support a self-sustaining community.

2. The Australian First Spark
Sofia and her Australian team are working toward helping move the G64 initiative forward.

3. The Compliance Pathway
We have identified the key information and documentation that need to be reviewed, including account details, the compliance and audit checklist, payment references, receipts, reconciliation records, and authorised sign-offs.

4. The Philippine Prototype
The proposed joint venture with Mr. Jon Fraxidio requires a written agreement, together with appropriate legal, financial, and banking verification.

5. International Partnerships
We are building a framework for cooperation among Australia, Germany, China, and the Philippines, bringing together our respective strengths, experience, and resources.

6. The Road Ahead
Our proposed sequence is clear: compliance and verification, the First Spark, the Philippine prototype, supplier engagement, local participation, and the wider G64 expansion.

An important distinction

Our planning and documentation are organized, but certain external commitments and arrangements still require confirmation. Before any seed capital is transferred, we must receive and review the JV contract, independently verify the receiving account and its authority to receive the funds for the intended purpose, and complete the necessary banking, legal, and compliance checks.

This is not a weakness in our preparation. It is precisely why we are proceeding carefully, transparently, and one step at a time.

For now, we will give Sofia the time she needs to resolve the connection problem. We are ready to continue our discussion whenever it is convenient for her.
