Securing the lease and managing people may sound easy from the outside.

It isn't.

What we are building has a humanitarian purpose at the front, but it also needs a sustainable business structure behind it.

Why?

Because we cannot build a lasting community on good intentions alone.

People need to see that they can participate, contribute, develop their potential, and benefit from what they help create. The question โ€œWhatโ€™s in it for me?โ€ is not necessarily selfish. It is part of human nature.

There are people with a genuine heart for helping others, and I respect them deeply. But we also have to recognize a simple truth:

We cannot give what we do not have.

That is why participation must create value โ€” not only for those who need help, but also for those who contribute their resources, skills, time, and ideas.

Some may look at the idea of a โ‚ฌ100 participation level and immediately question it.

That is fair.

It should be questioned.

But the answer should not be blind belief.

The answer should be transparency, proper registration, clear rules, accountability, documented transactions, and measurable results.

Let the system be examined.

Let it be challenged.

Let it be tested.

If it works, then the results โ€” not my words โ€” will demonstrate its value.

I have been carrying this concept for decades. I am not claiming that every part of it is already proven. I am saying that the framework is ready to be placed in the real world and tested honestly.

And yes, sometimes I become frustrated with people who are very productive at criticizing but never seem willing to put their own ideas on the table and build something themselves.

But I am learning that arguing with everyone is not productive either.

I would rather build.

Perhaps Sofia crossing my path at this particular moment is a blessing. But I don't want to make conclusions based on coincidence or emotion.

I want to put the plan on the table.

Let people examine it.

Let the proper safeguards be established.

Let the first step be tested.

And then let reality decide.

The First Spark is not about asking people to blindly trust one person.

It is about creating something transparent enough that trust can be earned.

Because if this works, the success should not belong to me.

It should belong to the people who participate, the families who benefit, the communities that grow, and everyone who helps build it.

Humanitarian purpose in the front.
Sustainable enterprise behind it.
Transparency and accountability holding both together.

I am still human. I get frustrated. I get tired. I question things.

But I keep moving.

Because ideas do not change lives by themselves.

People who are willing to build do.
