Re: DEMO Registration & Controlled Test
Hi Liam,
Thanks, mate. That is exactly the kind of fresh-eyes testing I need from you.
And yes — please treat BOSS Media and the payment/receiving side as two separate layers. BOSS is about the platform, communication and coordination. The receiving arrangement is a separate controlled financial process with its own documentation, compliance checks and audit trail.
I think that separation will make the Australian onboarding much easier to understand.
For the DEMO, I particularly want you to test it as though you are someone seeing PAMANA–ECPP for the first time.
Don't worry about being polite with the feedback. If something is confusing, say so. If something looks unusual, flag it. If something makes you think, “Why are they asking me this already?”, I want to know.
Please look especially at:
Registration → Participant ID → G64 position → onboarding information → explanation of participation → confirmation
and ask yourself:
“Would I understand exactly what is happening at every step without somebody having to explain it to me?”
That's the standard we need.
On the controlled payment version, I don't want to give you an artificial ETA until the receiving arrangement and documentation are actually ready. I'd rather say “not ready yet” than put a date on something that still needs proper verification.
The sequence remains:
DEMO registration
↓
First responder testing
↓
Feedback and corrections
↓
Onboarding/MOA finalization
↓
Receiving arrangement + compliance review
↓
Controlled payment test
↓
Reconciliation and audit confirmation
↓
Only then consider the live channel
So you can start with the DEMO as soon as I send it.
For your feedback, either approach works. If you see a major red flag, send it immediately. Otherwise, I'd prefer a short bundled report after you've spoken with several people so we can see patterns rather than isolated reactions.
And one thing I really appreciate: you're not trying to sell this to them.
You're testing whether the system can explain itself.
That's exactly what we need at this stage.
Cheers,
Arsenio
