Subject: Why We Are Pushing to Move PAMANA–ECPP from Preparation into Reality

Dear Big3, G6, Mr. Yu, Mr. Francisco Leonor, the BOSS Media Team.

I am sharing with you a poster that I created and published today.

At first glance, it may simply look like a promotional message about a future German–Filipino community. But for me, it represents something much deeper.

For many years, we have been preparing the foundation of PAMANA–ECPP—the structure, governance, cooperative model, international connections, suppliers, testing framework, and the vision of a self-sustaining community.

Now I believe the time has come for us to gradually move from preparation into demonstration.

The reason I am pushing hard to get things started is not because I want to rush the process or bypass the proper checks. Quite the opposite.

I want us to begin building something real, visible and testable, so that people can eventually see what we have been talking about rather than simply reading another proposal or document.

The vision is simple:

Can we create a community where comfortable living, cooperation, livelihood, education, culture and opportunity come together?

Can we bring some of the values and experiences associated with Germany closer to Filipino families—without people having to leave their homeland to experience them?

And can we combine that with the Filipino spirit of Bayanihan, together with international cooperation and enterprise?

That is why the first practical steps matter so much.

The poster is therefore not intended to say that everything has already been achieved. It is a statement of direction—a way of letting people see the destination while we continue building the road toward it.

I want the Big3, G6 and Mr. Yu to understand that behind the urgency is a simple conviction:

> We have spent enough time preparing the dream. Now we need to begin turning the dream into something that can be seen, tested, corrected and eventually replicated.

We will continue to proceed carefully, transparently and step by step.

DEMO → TEST → CORRECT → PROTOTYPE → REPLICATE

The ultimate objective is not simply to build houses.

It is to build a sustainable community model that can create opportunities and uplift lives.

I am sharing this with all of you because each of you represents an important part of the international cooperation needed to make that vision possible.

Thank you for continuing to walk this journey with me.

One community.
One purpose.
One future.
Uplifting the lives of everyone.

Warm regards,
Arsenio Fermantez Antonio
