A true leader does not always need to be the one in front.

Sometimes leadership means walking behind the group, watching carefully, making sure no one is forgotten, no family is left behind, and no voice goes unheard.

Because the greatest measure of leadership is not how many people follow you.

It is how many people become stronger because you served them.
