As we move forward with our shared vision, I would like to share an important milestone in the development of our Mission.

Over many years of careful planning and preparation, we have been building what we call the 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 | 𝐄𝐂𝐏𝐏 𝐞.𝐕. 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐧 – 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. This is a comprehensive collection of our Foundational Charter, Constitution, By-Laws, Governance Manual, Code of Ethics, and operational guidance designed to provide a clear framework for how we intend to work together.

Our purpose is simple: before undertaking major projects, we want to establish sound governance, clear responsibilities, ethical leadership, transparency, and accountability. We believe that a strong foundation helps create trust, supports responsible decision-making, and provides continuity for future generations of leaders.

The Charter Library represents our commitment to careful preparation. As it is finalized, we intend to have it reviewed by qualified legal, governance, and financial professionals, together with our partners, so that it can be strengthened before formal adoption and implementation.

We also look forward to sharing the completed Master Edition with our partners, including ECPP e.V. Berlin and our Chinese collaborators, so that constructive comments and recommendations can contribute to the continued improvement of this framework.

Our vision remains one of cooperation, responsible stewardship, ethical investment, and service to the community. We recognize that achieving this vision will require dedication, collaboration, and continuous learning from everyone involved.
