Someone asked me: “Why do you still hold this optimism and dedication, after decades that look like just waiting for nothing?”

At first I was silent, almost wanted to walk past the question. But then I answered from my heart: Because this is a vision only I can see clearly — and I will not let it go. Step by step, the dots connect in their own perfect time, in ways I cannot fully explain. Am I alone? Never. I know many of you are reading, understanding, and carrying this same light with me.

Rome was not built in a day. When critics speak, when dogs bark along the way — I do not stop to argue. I keep walking forward. And look what we have already: 34,000 hectares of land stretching from Mauban to Tanay, including Cagbalete Island — real, tangible ground waiting to rise. We may not hold full ownership yet, but we hold the possibility, the trust, and the will to turn this vast land into a home of abundance, hand in hand with the people who live there.

Standing firm as our strongest foundation are the 64 selected German families from Berlin, who form ECPP e.V. Berlin — our official, trusted cornerstone and the source of our 40% foreign investment grant. They are not distant donors; they are partners who believe in this mission, who stand with us shoulder to shoulder, and who bring the discipline and heart of German Genossenschaft to make this vision solid and secure.

Why Germany and China? Because they are like the phoenix that rose from the ashes — strong, proven, and unbreakable. Together with the timeless spirit of Filipino Bayanihan, and the shared vision of our Chinese partners, these three form a sacred trinity of purpose, strength, and shared power.

Is it easy? No. Aligning three nations, building something this big, takes patience and care. It is all unfolding now, step by step. We cannot predict every turn of the future — but we know this: NOW is the time to roll up our sleeves.

Through our 𝗚𝟱‑𝗚𝟲𝟰 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, we build not just buildings or livelihoods — we build people. We build a world where every one of us becomes „𝑯𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒏 𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝑯𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒔“: Master of your own faith, captain of your own soul, and true master of your home.
