FOUNDING DECLARATION

A Declaration of Purpose

We, the Founding Members, establish this Charter in the belief that humanity is strengthened when individuals and communities work together with integrity, compassion, responsibility, and respect for the dignity of every person.

We envision communities where opportunity is expanded through ethical enterprise, cooperative action, education, innovation, environmental stewardship, and service to others. We believe that lasting progress is achieved through peaceful collaboration, transparent governance, accountability, and the responsible use of resources for the common good.

This Charter expresses our commitment to building organizations that seek sustainable development while respecting the cultures, traditions, laws, and rights of the communities in which they operate.

We recognize that no single institution can solve every challenge. Meaningful progress depends on partnerships among citizens, cooperatives, businesses, educational institutions, governments, and civil society organizations working together toward shared goals.

Accordingly, we establish DTCM Group Inc. as an enterprise dedicated to responsible development, PAMANA Cooperative as a cooperative organization that promotes mutual assistance and shared prosperity, and partnerships with organizations such as ECPP e.V. Berlin where such collaboration advances lawful, ethical, and mutually beneficial objectives.

Our commitment extends beyond the present generation. We aspire to leave future generations institutions that are resilient, transparent, and guided by justice, knowledge, innovation, and service.

This Charter shall serve as the philosophical and ethical foundation upon which the Constitution, By-Laws, policies, strategic plans, and governance framework of the PAMANA Charter Library are built.

May every decision made under this Charter contribute to the well-being of people, the protection of the environment, the advancement of knowledge, and the peaceful development of communities throughout the world.
