Formation of the First NCR Operational Group & Rollout Plan for PAMANA Cooperative

🎯 INTRODUCTION

This report outlines the formal establishment of our first core operational group based in the National Capital Region (NCR) — the foundational unit that will lead local operations for PAMANA Cooperative, structured entirely within our exclusive G5–G64 Cooperative Ecosystem. This milestone represents the first major step toward expanding our mission across all 17 regions of the Philippines, built on mutual agreement, shared purpose, and the proven cooperative principles we developed together — blending German Genossenschaft discipline and Filipino Bayanihan spirit.

Every detail below has been discussed, reviewed, and unanimously agreed upon by all founding members, ensuring full alignment with our mission to empower communities, build self-reliance, and deliver transparent, sustainable prosperity for all.



🧩 1. FORMATION OF THE FIRST NCR GROUP — OUR LOCAL OPERATIONAL HEART

Under our G5–G64 system — designed as a layered, scalable, and balanced structure that prevents concentration of power and ensures fair participation at every level — we will establish our first fully functional operational Team here in Metro Manila. This group is not just a management body; it is the pilot implementation unit that will test, refine, and perfect our model before we replicate it nationwide.

This team is composed of selected, trusted, mission-aligned individuals who understand our vision: we do not just run businesses — we build communities, restore ownership, and break the chains of poverty. They will be responsible for:

✅ Day-to-day management of all PAMANA Cooperative activities
✅ Compliance with Philippine laws, regulations, and cooperative standards
✅ Implementation of our livelihood, agriculture, housing, and community projects
✅ Full transparency and reporting via The BOSS Platform — our exclusive digital system that lets ECPP e.V. Berlin, all members, and partners monitor every transaction, every peso, and every development LIVE, 24/7, with zero secrets and zero corruption.


🐔 2. COLLECTIVE COMMITMENT: 10% CONTRIBUTION FOR MAUBAN POULTRY FARM — OUR FLAGSHIP PROJECT

As a foundational act of shared ownership and commitment, this entire NCR group will collectively contribute 10% of their allocated initial capital toward our first major livelihood project: the integrated poultry farm in Mauban, Quezon.

This is not a fee, nor a cost — it is a joint investment in our shared future, and it comes with a clear, meaningful benefit:

These 64 Ambassadors are the pillars who will take our model, our system, and our vision to ALL 17 REGIONS OF THE PHILIPPINES.

They will act as:

✅ Mobilizers — organizing new groups, forming new cooperatives, and helping families join our movement
✅ Guardians — ensuring every new community follows our principles of transparency, fairness, and service
✅ Representatives — connecting local members to our central structure and to our partners in Germany and China

Just as our G5–G64 system is built on the number 64 as its balanced, complete structure — these first 64 Ambassadors are the cornerstone that will multiply our work, province by province, until every Filipino has access to the prosperity and freedom we are building.
