Our mission is built on formal, registered, and legitimate organizations, established to operate legally and reliably across borders:

Our 64 selected German families – our pioneer partners and cornerstone of this mission – are organized and formalized under ECPP e.V., an entity officially will be registered in Berlin, to be legally authorized to operate across all 16 regions of the Federal Republic of Germany. ECPP e.V. Berlin holds 40% ownership/partnership stake in our entire project, as our official foreign partner.

Our local arm is DTCM Group, Inc., already registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We are currently processing the official amendment to our registration to formally record and legalize ECPP e.V.’s 40% foreign partnership stake – making our shared ownership official and recognized by law.

All community projects, livelihood programs, and local operations are managed on the ground by 𝙋𝘼𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘼 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 – our dedicated local organization that ensures every project serves our members, follows our mission, and delivers benefits directly to our people.

This is the contribution from our Filipino members, participants, and local investors – this is what we refer to as our “product” or our commitment to the partnership. Once we complete this requirement, build our local base, and deliver our agreed part of the mission, we unlock the foreign funding support.

2. 40% 𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀𝙄𝙂𝙉 𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙏 – 𝘽𝘼𝘾𝙆𝙀𝘿 𝘽𝙔 𝙄𝙎𝙇𝙊𝘾
The 40% stake and funding from our German partners is structured as a grant, secured by the Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit. This grant is only released once we have fully accomplished our side of the agreement and established our local presence and capacity.
