I am writing this to share the full, clear truth of what we are building, and the latest developments that confirm we are exactly where we need to be — working on something historic, meaningful, and life‑changing for everyone involved.

This land we are working to secure and develop — the site of the largest German community ever established in the world — is not just real estate. It is our future: it will be your reliable source of passive income and secure investment, a place of purpose, belonging, and abundance for every German and European who joins us, and above all, a lifeline that will uplift, empower, and transform the lives of thousands of Filipino families living in these areas.

Yesterday, I had a detailed, over 3‑hour discussion with Mr. Francisco Leonor — the holder of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) authorized to negotiate and transact on behalf of the land owners. What I learned confirmed everything we believed, and showed even more clearly why our mission is so urgent and so necessary.

📌 THE REAL SITUATION OF THE LAND

Right now, this vast, fertile, and valuable land is just sitting there — idle, unused, and bringing no benefit, no income, no livelihood to the people living around it or to its owners. Long before we met him, Mr. Leonor’s only goal was simple: to find any partner or investor who would come in, develop the land, and create livelihood for the local communities.
