We’ve structured our onboarding process to ensure every participant finds their place and thrives:

- 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜: We assess your skills, interests, and resources to connect you with opportunities—from managing a poultry coop or tending to high-value crop plots, to supporting food processing or market linkages.

- 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: Before you join a farm site, you’ll complete a tailored program covering our sustainable practices, the G5-G64 pillars, and cross-cultural collaboration. Expatriates receive orientation on local customs and Philippine agricultural contexts, while Filipino members learn German techniques and global market standards.

- 𝙈𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙉𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨: Each new member is paired with a mentor from our existing community, and we organize regular bayanihan activities—from farm work sessions to cultural celebrations—that foster strong bonds and collective progress.

- 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨: As we grow to all 17 regions of the Philippines, we’re identifying lead members in each area to help establish local hubs, ensuring our model adapts to regional climates, crops, and community needs.
