My name is Arsenio Antonio, and I appear before you again here not just as the initiator of this initiative, but as a fellow Filipino who has seen both the struggles and the incredible potential of our people – especially our OFW's who sacrifice so much abroad to build better lives for their families back home.

As an Overseas Filipino worker myself, for decades, I’ve watched our Kababayans work tirelessly across the globe, sending remittances that keep our economy going. But I’ve always believed we can do more than just survive – we can thrive. That’s why we’ve partnered with German and Chinese experts who have a proven track record in building self-sustaining communities, to bring that knowledge home to the Philippines.

Today marks the start of something historic. We are here to form the very first core group of the BOSS foundation – the cornerstone that will support projects in Mauban, Quezon and Tanay City, and eventually reach all 17 regions of our country. We’re not just building houses or livelihood hubs – we’re building legacies. Legacies that will give our children peace, security, and the chance to flourish right here in the Philippines.

The 2.33 million OFW's around the world are not just our country’s economic backbone – they are our greatest resource for change. Through the BOSS platform, we will connect them, organize them, and channel their collective strength into building the future we all dream of.

Each of you here today has the opportunity to lead that change – as Country Ambassadors, Regional Leaders, or Team Leaders. You don’t need to be perfect or have all the answers – you just need the heart to serve and the commitment to see this through. We will provide you with all the training, support, and resources you need to succeed.

I want you to imagine this: a Philippines where every community has access to good housing, stable livelihoods, quality education, and healthcare. A country where our OFW's can choose to come home and build their lives here, knowing they have opportunities equal to or better than what they find abroad. That’s not a fantasy – that’s what we’re going to build together.

In a world that often feels divided and uncertain, we have the chance to show what Filipinos can achieve and "we are not Filipino for nothing" when we unite for a common goal. With your support, with your leadership, nothing is impossible.

Now, let’s begin this journey – let’s build a piece of Heaven on Earth for our beloved Philippines.
