1. 𝘼𝙨 𝙖 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 (𝙂5 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙)
- Who it’s for: OFW's looking to return home, German expatriates or other nationals wanting to settle in the Philippines, or local Filipinos who share our vision.
- What’s involved: You’ll have the opportunity to purchase or lease a sustainable home within the community, with access to all shared facilities. We offer flexible options based on your needs—from small family homes to spaces designed for entrepreneurs who want to run their businesses on-site.
- Next steps: Read carefully the entire ECPP Handbook* with link below this post. Complete your membership inquiry form (also available in pdf copy on our official The BOSS website) to receive detailed information on housing options, fees, and the integration process. We’ll also schedule a virtual or in-person orientation to help you understand community guidelines and connect with other prospective members.
2. 𝘼𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙧 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧 (𝙂5-𝙂64 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢)
- Who it’s for: OFW's with savings to invest, German or international business owners looking to expand into sustainable ventures, or local entrepreneurs wanting to partner with global experts.
- What’s involved: Invest in our dual-culture enterprise Hubs, launch a business that aligns with our sustainability goals (e.g., organic farming, eco-tourism, green manufacturing), or partner with us to develop specific community projects. We offer support with market research, legal compliance, and connecting you with potential collaborators from both cultures.
- Next steps: Reach out to our business development team via e-mail (we’ll share official contact details soon) to discuss your ideas or investment interests. We’ll provide a detailed business plan and arrange meetings with relevant partners to explore opportunities.
3. 𝘼𝙨 𝙖 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧
- Who it’s for: Professionals with expertise in sustainable development, agriculture, healthcare, education, or cultural exchange; OFW's who want to share skills gained abroad; or anyone passionate about building community.
- What’s involved: Contribute your time and knowledge through short-term or long-term volunteer roles—like teaching in our community schools, advising on eco-infrastructure projects, leading cultural workshops, or mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. German volunteers can also help facilitate connections with experts and resources in Germany.
- Next steps: Sign up for our volunteer registry through our community portal (launching soon) to indicate your skills and availability. We’ll match you with projects that align with your expertise and schedule orientation sessions to prepare you for your role.
4. 𝘼𝙨 𝙖 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚
- Who it’s for: Anyone who believes in our mission and wants to help spread the word or contribute in smaller ways.
- What’s involved: Share information about the community with OFW's, German expat networks, or local groups; participate in our fundraising campaigns through G5-G64 cooperstive ecosystem for specific initiatives (like building the community healthcare clinic); or become an advocate for our vision in your own circles.
- Next steps: Follow our social media channels (we’ll announce launch dates soon) to stay updated on our progress and share our content. You can also join our monthly virtual town halls to learn more and connect with other supporters.
We’re currently finalizing our official registration and setting up our core team in Berlin Germany, Egypt, Middle East, Mauban Wyezon & Tanay Rizal
so now is the perfect time to get involved and help shape the direction of this legacy project. All prospective members, investors, and volunteers will be part of our founding community—playing a key role in building the foundation that will benefit generations to come.
