- Join as a G5 Unit Member: Become part of a small, accountable group of 5 members who work together to contribute to the community’s growth. You’ll have full access to The BOSS platform to track progress and manage your unit’s contributions.

- Share Your Skills: If you’ve gained expertise abroad (in construction, agriculture, healthcare, technology, or management), we invite you to bring your knowledge home and help build our community’s core systems.

- Refer Fellow Workers: Help us reach more OFW's/FOMW's who want to invest in a secure future in the Philippines – we have special recognition programs for those who bring in like-minded partners.

For Local Residents of Mauban Quezon & Surrounding Areas

- Participate in Community Building: Join our training programs that teach German-style practices in sustainability, craftsmanship, and cooperative management – no prior experience needed.

- Supply Local Goods & Services: We prioritize working with local farmers, artisans, and businesses to build a self-reliant ecosystem. If you have products or services to offer, we’d love to explore partnerships.
