Designed for resilience and scalability, these homes will house Overseas Filipino Workers’ (OFW) families, German expats, and local residents alike.
- Tanay City Eco-Village: Launching July 2026, this hub will pioneer permaculture farms, community-run microfactories, and zero-waste systems—proving that sustainability and prosperity can grow hand in hand.

2. The BOSS (Bayanihan Online System Services)

Our blockchain-powered platform will enable real-time tracking of resources, funds, and project progress—ensuring total transparency for all stakeholders. A beta release is set for 2026, with the full transparency dashboard launching in February 2026.
