SEED CAPITAL: SOURCES & STRUCTURE
Our self-sustaining community project is funded through a balanced two-part structure, with full transparency managed via our exclusive platform The BOSS (Building Our Sustainable Society).
40% LOCAL SEED CAPITAL – FROM FILIPINO OFW's
- Source: Targeting 2.33 million Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who will contribute a one-time participation fee of 1,000 pesos each
- What it provides:
- Access to our rent-to-own modular home program in Mauban, Quezon or Tanay City
- Full membership benefits including access to community resources, training programs, and shared enterprises
- Voting rights in community governance through the G5-G64 system
- Projected Local Capital: With full participation, this will generate approximately 2.33 billion pesos in local seed funding, covering 40% of total project costs
- Management: All contributions are tracked in real-time on The BOSS platform, where members can view how their funds are allocated to housing, infrastructure, and community services
60% FOREIGN SEED CAPITAL – FROM GERMAN INVESTORS
- Lead Coordinators: Our 64 selected German families based in Berlin, who will spearhead fundraising across Germany’s 17 federal regions
- Fundraising Approach: Using the G5-G64 system to align investments with specific project pillars (food security, energy, housing, etc.), allowing investors to choose areas that match their interests
- What it funds:
- Import of sustainable technology and equipment (in partnership with Chinese suppliers)
- Initial construction of core infrastructure and model homes
- Training programs and capacity building initiatives
- Establishment of community enterprises and fair trade networks
- Transparency & Control: The BOSS platform gives all German investors full visibility into project progress, financial allocations, and returns on investment. Investors also have representation in the G5 Governance Council to ensure their input shapes project direction
- Projected Foreign Capital: Calculated to match the local contribution, bringing total seed grant capital to approximately 5.825 billion pesos to fully fund the 2026 launch and initial operations
The BOSS platform ensures every Peso and Euro is accounted for, with all participating members—whether OFW's or German investors—having direct access to project data and decision-making tools. This structure guarantees that our community is built on a foundation of trust, shared ownership, and mutual benefit.
