COUNTRY MANAGER

Responsible for strategic oversight of all operations, including regional performance, team productivity, and Unit Coordinator effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate performance of regional teams and Unit Coordinators.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support operational needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to advance the mission.

The Country Manager aligns all organizational efforts to achieve overarching mission goals.

REGIONAL MANAGER

Works closely with the Country Manager to directly supervise and coordinate Team and Unit Coordinators, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Supervision: Provide direct guidance and oversight to Team and Unit Coordinators.
- Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration between teams and units to maximize efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team and unit performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Reporting: Submit regular updates to the Country Manager on regional activities and results.

The Regional Manager ensures operational efficiency and that regional work contributes to mission success.

TEAM COORDINATOR

Manages the G64 collective network of cooperative projects, with a focus on building partnerships with local and foreign investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of cooperative projects.
- Investor Relations: Manage collaborations with local and foreign investors.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to cooperative initiatives.

The Team Coordinator drives collaborative work and investor relationships critical for growth and sustainability.

UNIT TEAM LEADER

Responsible for onboarding, educating, and integrating new recruits, with emphasis on the G5 system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding: Orient new recruits to the mission and the G5 system.
- Training: Provide instruction to ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Mentorship: Support new members’ growth and development within the organization.
- G5 System Advocacy: Promote understanding and adoption of the G5 system among unit members.

The Unit Team Leader establishes a strong foundation by integrating new members into the organization’s core values.

Each role is structured with specific responsibilities to foster synergy, drive organic growth, and empower members to take ownership of their contributions to the organization’s success.
