2. Submit Your Reservation Request: Fill out a short form with your preferred location (Mauban or Tanay), unit size (1–3 bedrooms), and contact details (including your overseas address if applicable). You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
3. Pay the Reservation Fee: A one-time ₱5,000 down payment secures your spot—this counts toward your total home cost and can be paid in full or split into two ₱2,500 installments over 30 days.
4. Lock In Your Terms: Once reserved, you’ll get a clear contract outlining monthly payments, ownership timeline, and any milestone-based discounts (e.g., if your G5 unit hits 15% profit growth in the first year, your monthly rate drops by 10%).
