A Project Built For OFWs & Local Communities—With Clear, Fair Funding & Ownership
If you’ve still had doubts about how this initiative is structured and who benefits—let’s lay out the numbers and purpose with total clarity:
Our Funding Model: 40% Foreign, 60% Local—Dedicated to OFW's
This project was designed first and foremost for the 2.2 million Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who sacrifice daily to build better lives for their families. Here’s how the capital stacks up:
- 40% Foreign Capital: Provided by German and Chinese partners, who bring tools, machinery, and seed funding. In return, foreign investors will hold a 40% share of the project’s outputs and profits.
- 60% Local Capital: Mobilized through our community-driven approach, with a focus on engaging OFWs and local stakeholders who want to invest in building sustainable livelihoods at home.
Fair Profit & Benefit Distribution
Every result from our agricultural and fishing ventures is split transparently—no fine print, no hidden cuts:
- 40% to Foreign Investors: Aligns with their initial contribution, ensuring a fair return for their trust and support.
- 40% to Locals: This goes directly to farmers, fishermen, and participating OFW families—including those who invest locally or join as cooperative members. It’s our commitment to putting community gains first.
- 20% to DTCM Group, Inc.: All funds here are earmarked exclusively for expanding the project across the Philippines’ 17 regions—so success in Mauban and Tanay will pave the way for more communities to thrive.
Why This Matters
By tying 60% of the funding and 40% of the benefits to locals and OFWs, we’re ensuring the project is rooted in Philippine needs—not just external interests. The foreign partnership brings vital resources, but the heart of this initiative belongs to the Filipino people, especially our OFWs who’ve given so much to our nation.
Every dollar, peso, and euro is tracked on The BOSS platform, so you can see exactly how funds are used and how benefits are shared—from Mauban to Tanay, and eventually across the entire country.
