• A pinch of salt
Place the ingredients in a food processor and mix until a dough consistency is reached; however, do not over-process, so as not to ruin the texture. Rest the prepared mixture in the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes. Then, roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls with your hands.
