Starting with 30,000 hectares of land and Cagbalete Island (6,000 hectares) in Quezon, we aim to establish thriving communities that harmonize German efficiency with Filipino culture. This project is not profit-driven—it’s a blueprint for national progress, designed to expand across all 17 Philippine regions.
