A refined and understandable vision for our partners:
Dear Partners,
I want to emphasize that this vision—while ambitious—is deeply rooted in concrete groundwork and the trust we've already built together. Many of you have experienced firsthand the companies I've founded in Berlin, as well as the relationships we maintain with agencies and partners in Germany and the Philippines. This isn't a hypothetical idea, but a strategic extension of what we've already proven possible. Let's connect the dots to ensure we achieve our 2025 goals.
Why this matters now:
1. Track record
– Berlin's successes (like CV300 e.V.) are a proof of concept. We've built infrastructure, credibility, and networks there. Now we're scaling this model with ECPP e.V. Germany and establishing a dedicated entity for the Mauban project and the BOSS platform.
The 64 founding members/families are not just numbers—they are pillars of trust. Their commitment will unlock seed capital, solidify partnerships, and signal readiness to investors in the Middle East and Europe.
2. Immediate Actions
- Registration of ECPP e.V. Germany: While CV300 e.V. is operational, a new entity will ensure the focused management of the Mauban Export Processing Zone and the BOSS integration. This is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.
- Mobilization of seed capital: With the first 64 members and a participation fee of €100, we can kick-start land development in Mauban (title secured) and the production of container homes in Guangzhou. This creates security to attract larger investors.
3. BOSS Platform as Backbone
- This is not just a tool—it's a bridge. BOSS will connect the 2.2 million OFWs, investors, and families in real time, ensuring transparency and engagement. Imagine stakeholders in Germany following Mauban's progress live as OFWs contribute to the growth of their homeland.
Your role in this legacy:
– For partners based in Berlin: You are the anchor. Let's leverage CV300 e.V. to recruit the first 64 members while ECPP e.V. Germany is formalized. Your networks in Germany can accelerate this.
– For partners in the Middle East/Philippines: Your insights into OFW dynamics are crucial. We need your guidance to adapt the BOSS platform to their needs (e.g., referral channels, skills training).
– For everyone: This is a multigenerational project. Involving our families ensures continuity—it's not just about 2025, but about sowing seeds for the decades to come.
Next steps together:
1. Berlin Summit after winter 2026: Let's meet in person to define roles, timelines, and governance. I will publish detailed plans for Mauban's Export Processing Zone and the BOSS beta phase.
2. Talent pool: We need volunteers or new recruits to reach the OFWs (2.2 million is a huge audience). Experts in the fields of law, technology, and logistics are a priority for recruitment.
3. Urgency: To achieve the 2025 goals, the first 64 members must be confirmed by the end of 2025 at the latest. I dedicate my days to this goal—let's work together daily to make it a reality.
Final thought:
Yes, the scale is massive—but so were the companies we built in Berlin. The difference now is that we're not starting from scratch. We have land, partners, and a platform. Let's turn this "imagined" vision into a legacy that outlives us all.
I'm counting on your support to close this circle. Let's schedule a call this week to coordinate.
