Albay (IPA: [ɐlˈbaɪ]), officially the Province of Albay (Central Bikol: Probinsya kan Albay; Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Albay), is a province in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, mostly on the southeastern part of the island of Luzon.
