Simple TIPS sa Paggawa ng CRISPY BANANA CHIPS | Pangnegosyo Tips | Crispy Raw Banana Fry
INGREDIENTS:
2 kgs. (16 pieces) raw plantain banana or saba
2 cups sugar (white or brown)
2 cups water
750 ml vegetable or coconut oil
PROCEDURES:
1. We need fresh raw bananas. Put bananas in water, wash and peel. Make to wear plastic gloves to avoid banana resin stick to your hands.
2. Using a peeler or slicer, slice bananas into thin pieces.
3. Heat up the oil in the pan with medium to low heat. To check if the oil is hot and ready for frying, fry 1 slice of banana, and when it started to cook and make a bubble, start frying by batches. Fry for 2 minutes or until crisp.
4. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil.
5. Meanwhile, let us dissolve sugar into the water.
6. Pour the solution into the fried banana slices. And then fry it again for a minute or until crisp. Do it by batches. Once all done, make sure to drain excess oil and let it cool completely.
7. You can store the banana chips in a container or pouch. Here I made 6 to 7 packs weighing 100 grams each.
