With the G5-G64 structure, we establish a network of participants who can benefit from the success of co-op projects. This setup not only opens doors for financial gains but also promotes a strong sense of community and collaboration among our members.

The Phase 1 G5 system ensures that all Community project participants are organized and engaged in a transparent manner. Led by a head initiator (Team Coordinator), the G5 group progressively includes G64 members in project decision-making and financing through the co-op model.

Co-op projects are funded by DTCM Group, Inc., with 40% foreign investment from Europe. 40% of the profits are shared among the 64 active cooperative participants, while the remaining 20% goes to the DTCM company. Participants are encouraged to propose project ideas, which are evaluated for feasibility, with the Mauban Self-sustaining housing community project being managed using the G5 system and our exclusive BOSS Media platform.

Our investment and project management approach transcends geographical boundaries, as we actively seek opportunities in countries across Africa, such as Zambia, Tanzania, and Mozambique. We believe in leveraging our system to facilitate sustainable and profitable ventures internationally.

Transparency and trust form the bedrock of our operations, with all participants entering into binding contract agreements to establish clear expectations and foster a secure environment for collaboration.
